Two ways to make your roof affordable — flexible financing through our partners, and professional documentation if you’re filing an insurance claim.
Licensed Roofers · Financing · Texas-Compliant Claim Support
Flexible monthly payments through our financing partners. 0-down options available — subject to credit approval.
Professional inspection, detailed documentation, and on-site walkthroughs with your adjuster — so nothing in your damage gets missed.
We quote your roof or carport in writing — no obligations, no surprises.
We walk you through the partner options available for your project.
Most applications take a few minutes. Many homeowners get a same-day decision.
You see APR, monthly payment, and total cost before signing.
The financing partner pays us once work is complete; you make monthly payments to the lender, not to LMG.
If your roof was damaged by hail, wind, or a covered storm event, your homeowner’s insurance policy may cover the repair or replacement. We can’t negotiate your claim — under Texas law, only a licensed public adjuster can do that — but we can make sure the damage is documented professionally and that nothing gets overlooked.
What we do guarantee is that the work we do — the inspection, the documentation, the on-site walkthroughs — will be thorough and honest. That is usually the difference between a claim that covers everything and one that misses 30% of the damage.
Not a lender, not a public adjuster — we operate within our scope, and that's your protection.
Reputable, vetted, and specialized in home improvement.
You see the financing terms before signing. You see the claim scope before we file. No black boxes.
Detailed photo reports, professional scopes, and on-site adjuster meetings.
No "guaranteed approval," no "we'll fight your insurance." Just professional work and honest documentation.
Whoever pays for the project — you, a lender, or your insurer — the install is the same.

Most of our financing partners give a credit decision the same day, often within a few minutes of submitting an application. Final approval and funding can take a bit longer depending on the lender.
Several of our financing partners offer 0-down options for qualified borrowers. The exact terms — APR, monthly payment, length — depend on your credit profile and the program you select. We will walk you through the options during your estimate.
Most of our partners do a soft credit pull for pre-qualification, which does not affect your score. A hard credit pull happens only if you accept a loan offer. Always confirm with the specific lender before applying.
We can talk through other options — different financing partners with different qualification criteria, or staged project plans. The free estimate doesn’t obligate you to anything, and we don’t pressure you into financing you can’t afford.
Once your project is complete, you make monthly payments directly to the financing partner — not to LMG. The lender handles the loan; we handle the roof.
It depends on your specific policy and what caused the damage. Most policies cover sudden, accidental damage from hail, wind, fire, or falling objects. Wear-and-tear or aging roofs are usually not covered. Always check your policy or call your agent for specifics.
Call your insurance carrier’s claim line and report the damage. They will assign you a claim number and schedule an adjuster to inspect. We can do our own free inspection beforehand so you know what you are dealing with — but the claim itself you (or your agent) file directly.
Either order works. Many homeowners call us first to confirm there is actual damage worth filing for. Some claims aren’t worth the deductible, and a free inspection from us can tell you that before you involve your insurance.
No. Under Texas Insurance Code §4102, only licensed public adjusters can negotiate claim amounts on a homeowner’s behalf. We are roofing contractors, not adjusters. What we do is provide professional documentation and meet with your adjuster on-site so the damage is fully captured — but the claim decision and negotiation is between you and your carrier.
No. Under Texas HB 2102, contractors are not allowed to waive, pay, rebate, or absorb your insurance deductible — this is state law. Be cautious of any contractor who offers to. Your deductible is your responsibility under your insurance policy.
You have the right to ask your insurance carrier for the specific reason for the denial and to request a re-inspection. If you believe the denial was incorrect and you want to dispute the claim amount, you can hire a licensed public adjuster (different from a contractor) or consult an attorney. We can provide our inspection documentation as part of any review.
From the time you file a claim to project completion, most timelines run 4–8 weeks. Adjuster scheduling, supplement reviews, and material lead times are the biggest variables. We can usually start the work within 1–2 weeks of getting an approved scope from your carrier.
A free estimate and an honest conversation cost nothing. Whether you are financing it or filing a claim, we will walk you through your options.
